11/29/23 at 8:30 pm EST This free webinar is hosted by GC Prep, but given by Jackie Baquet, a GC leading a grassroots effort to understand state diversity legislation and their impact on what programs can say/not say about their dedication to diversifying the field of genetic counselors. While the information presented here is of greatest utility to those applying to graduate school, current students and genetic counselors who have already graduated are strongly encouraged to attend. The more who know and understand the impact of the recent Supreme Court ruling, the more coordinated we can be with our efforts as a profession to diversity and improve both representation and care of underrepresented groups.
